Polyimide varnish U-Varnish
U-Varnish is a solution of polyimide precursor-polyamic acid. This totally new varnish developed by UBE Industries, Ltd. can be coated on substrates and baked at a high temperature. This process removes solvents, and uses imidization to form a non-soluble, non-melting polyimide film with very high heat and chemical resistance combined with electrical insulation.

Polyimide base Copper clad laminate Upisel®-N
